MatHaus by Arabesque

MatHaus by Arabesque, the retail brand of the biggest distributor of construction and finishes materials in Romania, launched a new image campaign, that reposition the brand to the construction specialists. When they rearrange their houses of repair something in the household, Romanians are more cautious on who they hire, shows a barometer made by Frames  for MatHaus by Arabesque.

AdePlast

AdePlast had a few advices about renovation works in DIY system, that can be made in this season, if the clients don’t want to appeal to an artisan.

Leroy Merlin

Leroy Merlin Romania announced the coming of the Exterior Plants Cultivation Season, with a special range of products and gardening solutions for terraces, relaxation spaces and exterior decorations.

Agroland

Agroland Group, the biggest network of stores in Romania specialized on gardening, pets care and hobby farming, registered in 2020 a market share of 38,4 millions euro, raising with 33% than in 2019, when it has 28,94 millions euro. The retailer opened in march two new stores MEGA in Craiova and Sfantu Gheorghe, with an investment of 200.000 euro in each unit, sums in which there aren’t included stocks of goods.

JYSK

JYSK launched a new collection of furniture and accessorizes for garden for summer 2021. The retailer reached to Alba Iulia where it opened a new store on 25th of March 2021. Also, it opened a new store in Oravita, reaching 97 units in the country.

Brico Dépôt

In the financial year 2020/2021, the sales of Brico Dépôt Romania, part of the Kingfisher group, increased with 11,8% (+10,8% increase of sales in comparable terms), reaching 242 millions £.

Starting from the consumption habits of the customers and the sales registered during the pandemic, Brico Dépôt Romania carried out an analysis on the year 2020, identifying which were the projects of (re) arrangement of the preferred home of Romanians, but also most popular DIY products.

SomProduct

SomProduct, the online retailer of furniture and decorations, has been beside the Romanian clients in 2020, being in the top of brands of Home& Deco in the country.

MAM Bricolaj

MAM Bricolaj, a Romanian company in the DIY industry, opened a new store in Bucharest on 30th of March 2021. This is the 3th store of MAM Bricolaj.

Reynaers Aluminium

Reynaers Aluminium Romania, part of the European leader on the segment of aluminium solution for construction sector, announced the opening of three new showrooms in Iasi, Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara, as part of the developing strategy of the company on the local market that continued also in the global crisis context.
