Brico Dépôt Romania, part of Kingfisher group, offered its employees a strategic plan of actions, under the global umbrella „1+1 Actions for our future”. Each of Brico Dépôt’s employee (approximately 2,500 employees) will have the opportunity to become shareholders in the parent company. In addition, each share purchased by an employee will be doubled by the company.
