DIY MarketHORNBACH

HORNBACH, one of the main local retailers of construction and gardening materials, expanded on the Romanian market and opened the ninth store in Constanta.

Brico Dépôt 

Brico Dépôt Romania and BricoDépôt Foundation reached the third edition of the campaign „Good houses change lives” and started the registration for a new financing with a total budget of 250.000 lei, at which Brico Dépôt adds donations of products from its stores in a total value of 25.000 lei.

In Romania, Brico Dépôt’s sales increased in the first semester with 8,9% in comparable terms than in the same period last year and with over 43% than in the last 3 years, consolidating the positive evolution of the company in the last years.

Leroy Merlin

Leroy Merlin, retailer specialized in constructions, decorations and gardening, will open a new store in AFI Arad commercial center, in the second semester of next year.

Agroland

Agroland Agribusiness, Romanian entrepreneurial business, part of Agroland group, specialized in selling inputs for agriculture, reported sales from exploitation of 25.9 millions lei in the first semester of 2022, an increase with 87% than in the same period last year, EBITDA of 2 millions lei, an appreciation of 108% and a net profit of 1.2 millions lei, an increase with 53% than in the first semester of 2021.

Mobexpert

Mobexpert opened a new Concept Store in Baia Mare with furniture and decorations for home.

Kärcher

Kärcher, world leader in cleaning technology, opened its new headquarters in Bucharest, after an investment of 11,5 millions euro of the German group in Romania.

Knauf Insulation

Knauf Insulation, one of the biggest players on the market of insulating materials, part of Knauf Group, started the production of mineral wool in the factory from Tarnaveni, Mures county, after finalizing the process of retechnology and modernization of the existent production line.

 Cushman & Wakefield Echinox

Between 2020 and S1 2022, were finished transactions with lands designed to future real estate investments with a total value of 720 millions euro in Bucharest, an almost double level than the five semesters prior to this period (S2 2017 -2019), a fact that demonstrates the appetite of real estate developers for realizing new projects even in the context of a sanitary crisis and a powerful inflationary pressure, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

CTP
