French DIY Retail Group Mr. Bricolage presented the results for the 2018 year: returns to growth and the net balance is 9 additional stores in 2018. An important 9,2% grow for bulgarian market.
Excluding integrated store business volumes, affiliate and affiliate network business volume increased + 1.3% (like-for-like).
The international network of Mr. Bricolage Group has 69 stores, compared with 68 at the end of 2017. After a phase of optimization of the international strategy in 2017, the 2018 business volume, totaling € 248.5 million, recorded solid performances with growth. 6.4% like-for-like.
In Bulgaria (24% of business volume), with 11 stores, the growth from 2018 is 9.2%.
În this moment, Mr. Bricolage is operating 11 store in Bulgaria. Bulgarian company Doverie Brico is the strategic partner of french DIY chain Mr. Bricolage for Bulgaria and for all Balkan region and owns the franchise rights of the French retailer.
În CEE, Mr. Bricolage operates also one store in Macedonia. The french DIY retailer exited from Romania and Serbia.
The Group continued also the implementation of the REBOND plan on three priority areas: network development, supply modernization and an accelerated transformation of its organization.
