Paval Holding, the investment vehicle of the Paval family and the majority stakeholder of Dedeman, signed an agreement of exclusive negotiation with Carrefour Group for the takeover of the operations in Romania.
JYSK
JYSK Romania, the Scandinavian retailer of furniture and home products, continued the expansion in Bucharest and opened a new store, JYSK Voluntari Lemon Park, reaching 158 stores at a national level.
Agroland
The entrepreneurial group Agroland, present in retail, agribusiness, food production and animal nutrition markets, opened the first MEGA store this year, in Retail Park Ipotesti, Suceava district.
Agroland finished 2025 with a consolidated market share of 358 million lei, increased with 17% compared with 2024, confirming the accelerated development on all business lines.
Action
Action, the international discount retailer of non-food products, continued to expand in Romania and opened the ninth store in Satu Mare.
REHAU Water Technologies
REHAU announced a new chapter for the solution division for installations and water management on the Romanian market. Starting in 2026, REHAU Building Solutions continues its activity as REHAY Water Technologies, part of the global strategy of the group and the Managing the flow of water vision.
ECO DOME
Based on the accelerated growth of the construction prices, a Romanian project proposed a different home solution: efficient, sustainable homes with a significantly lower price than the classic constructions. It is about ”ECO DOME – The cheapest homes in the world”, a concept made in Brasov by Adrian Trasnea, which has been validated by the market.
Neakaisa.ro
Neakaisa.ro, a local online business with sanitary products and home improvement products, finished 2025 with a market share of 7.75 million euros, increased with 7% compared to 2024.
