Hornbach, one of the main local retailers of construction and gardening materials, offered his clients a complete range of articles for room warming and garden preparing for winter.
Also, the retailer was one of the first networks that celebrated the start of winter celebrations, arranging in each store in Bucharest, Brasov, Timisoara and Sibiu aproximatively 160 mp with articles dedicated to the traditional Christmas Fair. After 10 months from the launch of the online store, Hornbach estimated that in maximum 2 years completing the existent offer, over 30.000 of products in the company portfolio will by bought exclusively online, through the constant increase of the segment for the commerce through the platform.
JYSK launched the accessories and decorations collection for Christmas in presence of a 100 guests, in a hygge atmosphere specific to scandinavian holidays. Also, the retailer opened the 63rd store in the country in Roman. JYSK registered record results in Romania with an increase of the market share and of the gross profit.
The French retailer of DIY, Leroy Merlin, launched the collection for Christmas available in all the stores in the country.
After the closing of the Praktiker stores in Bucuresti-Voluntari, Bacau, Ploiesti and Focsani, after the acquisition of the Kingfisher network, and the rebranding process of the portfolio of the Praktiker stores in Brico Depot, Kingfisher closed three more stores in Pitesti, Brasov and Arad.
Homelux, company that commercializes products of furniture, decorations, carpets, illuminated corps, home textiles and appliances, opened the first store in Romania in Ploiesti and launched the online store homelux.ro. Also, it opened the second store in Focsani.
After less than two months from officially entering on the market of Romania, with the opening of the first store in Veranda Mall, and the opening of the store in Iris Titan, the Japanese retailer MINISO opened the third store of the group in Mega Mall Bucharest. Also, it opened the fourth store, the last one this year, in Piata Romana.
ELVILA, one the most known brands of furniture in Romania, proposed for the winter of 2018 a series of attractive discounts to many products in the portfolio.
On vivre.ro, from the evening of 15th of November until 18th of November, the site’s guests could choose from thousands of available products at the best price for 2018.
The Black Friday phenomenon came with many discounts on doraly.ro, the first online store with elastic prices in Romania.
