Bricomarché, the supermarket chain of the „home and garden” industry, opened at the end of october, the first Bricomarché supermarket in Konstantynów Łódzki, Poland. This is the 153th Bricomarché store in Poland. Another three stores will be open until the end of the year.
„We are very pleased that the first Bricomarché supermarket opened in Konstantynów Łódzki. People of the this region will certainly experience the positive effects of the store’s presence”, says Eliza Orepiuk-Szymura, Director of Communication and Information Group of Musketeers. „This is the second location of Bricomarché launched in October. We plan to open another three stores until the end of the year”, said Eliza.
„The distinguishing feature of Bricomarché in Konstantynów Łódzki is its large area of 3.000 sqm, which consists of an internal store, garden and construction shed. Our extensive range of products will allow customers to prepare for all works related to the home and garden. More than that, Bricomarché provides comprehensive support from professional advisers”, says Sylwia Preus, owner of the Bricomarché store in Konstantynów Łódzki.
160 stores until the end of 2018 and 200 stores until the end of 2020
„In 2018, we plan to open a dozen of new Bricomarché supermarkets. According to our plan, we intend to end the current year with 160 stores operating, and by end of 2020 we want 200 Bricomarché stores to operate in Poland. We are increasingly investing in big cities, although we are very careful when choosing this type of location,” says Dr. Katarzyna Jańczak-Stefanide, CEO of the Bricomarché network in Poland.
Bricomarché is successively striving to achieve the third place in the „home and garden” segment in Poland. Last year, its turnover increased to over PLN 2 billion. Such dynamic growth is the best result on the market.
Bricomarché, part of The french Musketeer Group, is a supermarket chain of the „home and garden” industry operating in over 100 cities in Poland with stores which have a customer-friendly store area from 1.000 to 2.500 mp.
